Designed for newly licensed cosmetologists, our hands-on training program provides the experience, education, and mentorship needed to build a successful career behind the chair. You’ll work alongside one of our experienced Level 4 Educators, gaining real-world experience in guest care, consultations, color application, styling, retail, and salon operations. With ongoing in-house education, product knowledge, and personalized coaching, you’ll develop the technical skills and confidence to grow your clientele while becoming part of a supportive, team-focused culture.
